All returns and exchanges can be processed over the mail for free.

There is no time limit to return or exchange a product as long as it is unworn and unwashed.

DISCLAIMER: We are only able to process returns and exchanges for the new Hawk Head logo/anything purchased after July 14th, 2021.

Returns: Use our Return Portal to receive a return slip through USPS. Please include a note in your package indicating your order number and what you would like to return. We will refund your order as soon as it arrives at our warehouse and is processed.

Exchanges: You will also use our Return Portal to receive a return slip through USPS. As soon as you have done that please email merchandise@winterhawks.com letting us know what item you are exchanging and what you would like to be sent back to you.
