QUESTIONS:

If you have any questions or comments regarding an order, a tee’s fit, your experience shopping with us, or just a general question please feel free to send a note over to our customer service crew at merchandise@winterhawks.com. You should hear back from a team member within 24 hours, unless it’s a weekend or a major holiday.

SHIPPING:

After placing your order, you can expect to receive your tracking number within 3-5 business days. Our fulfillment department is closed on weekends and major holidays. During the holiday season, sales or special promotions, fulfillment may take a little longer, so we kindly ask for your patience. We’ll get it to you, we promise! Once fulfilled, you should receive an email from us with a specific USPS tracking number that will give you real time updates about when your new favorite tee will arrive on your doorstep!

IN-STORE PICK-UP:

We unfortunately currently do not offer in-store pick-up.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

All returns and exchanges can be processed over the mail for free.

There is no time limit to return or exchange a product as long as it is unworn and unwashed.

DISCLAIMER: We are only able to process returns and exchanges for the new Hawk Head logo/anything purchased after July 14th, 2021.

Returns: Use our Return Portal to receive a return slip through USPS. Please include a note in your package indicating your order number and what you would like to return. We will refund your order as soon as it arrives at our warehouse and is processed.

Exchanges: You will also use our Return Portal to receive a return slip through USPS. As soon as you have done that please email merchandise@winterhawks.com letting us know what item you are exchanging and what you would like to be sent back to you.

WASHING YOUR APPAREL:

Most of our apparel is pre-shrunk, however we always recommend washing your apparel on cold and hang drying to avoid any shrinkage and to ensure your favorite Winterhawks piece will last.

To buy single game tickets online, click here. For any other Winterhawks ticket needs or if you need to speak with an account representative, please call the ticket hotline at (503) 236-HAWK(4295) during normal business hours (M-F, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.).
